Meet your YPB Chair, Jonah Wexler
The work of ImpactIsrael inspires me because it empowers at-risk youth, giving one of the most important and deserving groups the tools to build brighter futures. Its holistic and healing approach to education, emotional support, and community-building truly transforms lives and strengthens Israeli society. I made my first gift after visiting Yemin Orde and seeing my cousins, Esther and Yehuda Journo, in their roles as Safta and Saba to the children. Witnessing their dedication and the impact of the Village left a lasting impression.
Knowing how far each contribution goes in helping this cause makes continuing to support ImpactIsrael an easy and meaningful choice. Supporting ImpactIsrael also reflects my Jewish values of nurturing a strong and independent Israel, uplifting the next generation of leaders, and practicing tzedakah.
