o Craft and distribute emails, newsletters, and direct mail to prospective donors.

• Develop strategic communications plan to raise ImpactIsrael’s profile with Jewish communal organizations such as synagogues and Jewish Federations. Elevate ImpactIsrael’s Brand through Content and Material Development:

• Oversee the ImpactIsrael website including writing, editing, and updating content; managing web hosting and development vendors; and creating synergies between the website and the fundraising operation.

• Manage relationships with Israeli partners to receive information (stories, photos, videos, etc.) on current events, programs, and other marketable materials in a timely manner.

• Work with the Senior Director of Stewardship and Communications to create a strategy, an annual calendar, and content for direct mail and email to prospects, former donors, and rented/purchased mailing lists.

• Produce, or supervise production of, all print, digital, and video materials associated with the ImpactIsrael brand including annual reports, brochures, flyers, event invitations, holiday greetings, testimonials, etc.

• Manage usage and editing (as necessary) of the ImpactIsrael logo and brand.

• With the Senior Director of Stewardship and Communications develop and regularly update elevator pitch, talking points, and attributable quotes.

Drive ImpactIsrael’s Marketing Efforts:
• Develop and manage an annual marketing plan and budget.

• Meet regularly with the ImpactIsrael Marketing Committee for guidance, ideas, and support.

• Monitor progress and submit performance reports for all marketing related activities.

• Utilize data to identify the most effective marketing tools and messages.

• Work with regional staff and Board members to meet individualized marketing needs.

• Manage projects and correspondence with mailhouse/printer. Negotiate print and mail costs that reflect efficient and cost-effective results. Create relationships with vendors to ensure quality production results.

• Identify, work with, and supervise strategic communications and design firms, if necessary, to implement marketing, public relations, communications, messaging, customized invitations, and other creative projects.

Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of increasing responsibility in the areas of marketing, communications, public relations, media relations, or digital media.

• Proficiency across a variety of digital communications and social media platforms

• Strategic thinker with innovative vision and creativity.

• An excellent communicator who speaks and writes with clarity and purpose to internal and external audiences.

• Experience with project management and the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.

• Excellent people skills. Warm, honest, and fair approach in dealing with others. Ability to interact and engage comfortably with patience and flexibility with staff, Board members, and donors.

• Proven ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Appreciation for and/or knowledge of Israel is highly desirable.

• Graphic design skills are highly desirable.

• Knowledge and experience working with a variety of software geared toward marketing and communications such as:Canva, iMovie, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, inDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, et al. is a plus.

• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce a plus.
